

Paengaroa is a village in the Bay of Plenty, which lies 11 km from Te Puke, 35 km from Tauranga and 46.2 km from Rotorua, 45 km from Whakatane.

Rangiuru freezing works and Comvita, KKP (kiwifruit packhouse), are all major employers. The new Rangiuru Industrial Park just a few kilometres down the Tauranga Eastern Link Highway.
